At Mopar Parts Unlimited, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience when ordering OEM Mopar parts and accessories. Below is an overview of our shipping times and order processing so you know what to expect:
Order Processing & Handling
- Most in-stock Mopar parts ship within 48 hours of purchase
- Orders placed over the weekend are processed within the next 2 business days
- The majority of orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days
Special Order & Backordered Parts
- If a part is not currently in stock, it may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer
- These items typically arrive to us within 7–14 days, and we ship them to you promptly upon arrival
- In some cases, certain manufacturer items may take up to 10 business days to arrive
- If a part becomes backordered or discontinued, our team will make every effort to help locate it for you as quickly as possible
Shipping Times & Delivery
- Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location
- While we work with trusted carriers, transit times are estimates and may vary
- To help keep costs down, we may choose the most efficient shipping carrier for your order
Additional Shipping Information
- At this time, we are unable to ship oversized items
- We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not available
