Returns & Cancellation Policy – Chapman Yuma CDJR Parts

At Mopar Parts Unlimited, we want you to feel confident when ordering your OEM Mopar parts and accessories. Please review our returns and cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience:

Returns Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • A copy of the original invoice is required with all returns
  • All returned parts must be:
    • In new, unused condition
    • In the original packaging
    • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure quality and safety, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical parts (no exceptions)
  • Touch-up paint
  • Any parts that have been installed, used, or tested

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • For special order parts, a 20% return fee may also apply if cancelled after ordering from the manufacturer

Return Process

  • Please contact our team before sending any return so we can assist with next steps
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned parts and may decline returns that do not meet the above criteria

Order Cancellations

  • Orders (or portions of an order) may be cancelled before they have shipped
  • Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation
  • If a cancelled item was special ordered, a 20% fee may apply
